Five stylists, one studio on Drummond Street. Behind every great result is our team of dedicated stylists, each bringing their own strengths and specialties to deliver hair you'll love.

Danielle has been behind the chair for over 20 years, and has been the owner of Waves Hair Studio for the past 8 years. A specialist in blondes and balayage, she's meticulous with her craft and just as generous with a laugh. Clients leave with great hair and usually a few good stories.

Outside the salon, Danielle's a self-confessed list-maker with an ever-growing catalogue of restaurant, bar, and movie recommendations.

Natalie has been with Waves since day one, joining the team back in 2018. Her hairdressing journey officially started in 2011. A specialist in tried-and-true colour, she's built a loyal client base who trust her completely and keep coming back appointment after appointment.

She's trained with Vidal Sassoon in London, and outside the salon has a deep love for all things Italy, drawing on her Italian heritage, ask her for restaurant tips, she won't disappoint!

Chelsea is a senior hairdresser with over 10 years' experience and a genuine all-rounder, equally skilled across cutting, colouring, and styling, with the versatility to take on whatever a client's after.

She's built a loyal following through her ability to really listen and translate a client's hair goals into results they love, and has been part of the Waves team since February 2024.

Ellie completed her Certificate III in Hairdressing in 2024 and brings a genuine passion for beautiful, lived-in colour to every appointment. She's most in her element with medium to longer lengths, bright blondes, and brunettes, and has trained with leading brands including Redken, Pureology, and L'Oréal.

Warm and approachable, Ellie loves getting to know her clients and creating a relaxed, welcoming experience in the chair.

ELLIE

Molly is a senior stylist from New Zealand with 6+ years' experience, including time working and training in Amsterdam. She specialises in colour and transformations, with a genuine talent for creating personalised looks that feel true to each client.

Confident across cutting, colouring, and smoothing treatments (and always up for a great blow wave), Molly's approach is all about building real connections with her clients and delivering results that fit their lives, not just their hair.
